50 gr. of thai tea Stricky Rice Oolong.
It’s a fine oolong cultivated at 1000 mt. of height. Its name, and the typical roasted rice scent, it’s due to the traditional natural method of perfuming it undergoes, with the tea leaves mixed (during the heating phases) with rice leaves and local herbs, absorbing this way the sweet scent of roasted rice and oats.

It has low oxidation, and a taste that stays unaffected for many, short timed infusions.

The advised usage predicts short infusions of 1-2 minutes each, at 80°, after an initial and quick wash of the leaves. Between infusions there shall not be any liquid in the tea pot with the leaves.
