100 gr. of sencha tea, the traditional green tea.
In the cup it shows a trasparent texture with a citrine yellow colour, and the taste goes from sweet to slightly sour.
The leavs are steam processed, using the japanese method, preventing the oxidation and keeping its organoleptic characteristics and beneficial properties.

Use two tea spoons for a cup, infuse for 1-2 minutes at 70°
