100 gr. of black tea Lapsang Souchong.

It’s a chinese tea from the southeast region of Fujian, and it’s renowned for its characteristic, slightly smoked flavour. This particularity it’s gained using both long and short leaves, put in bamboo baskets soaking up the resinous scents produced by the burning of exotic woods and red fir branches.

Use two tea spoons for a cup, infuse for 3-4 minutes at 95°.
