Harvested at 2000 mt. of height in the heart of Darjeeling, this black indian tea is made of apical leaves, short and rolled up.
It shows a superior fragrance and an elegant perfume, while after the infusion it offers a gentle, delicate taste.
Use one and a half tea spoons for a cup, infuse for 3 minutes at 95°.
It’s advised to add sugar and milk.
