Tong Ting Oolong

560 gr. of thai tea Tong Ting Oolong.
A peculiar oolong, which after the usual processing phases undergo a final roast gaining unusual aroma and taste.
Its name (with the meaning of “icy peak”) is due to mount Dong Ding in Taiwan, where this tea is traditionally cultivated from centuries. This tea instead comes from Thailand, where it can be found around 1400 mt. of height with a cold, humid and foggy climate.

The advised usage predicts short infusions (up to seven) of 3 minutes each, at 90°. This way the antioxidants will be able to show at their fullness their beneficial proprieties.
