100 gr- of roasted BIO Kukicha.
It’s made by only the leaf petioles and the thinner twigs from the trimming of Bancha plants at least 3 years old.
The stems, harvested and shredded, are left to dry and rest for a year before being toasted.

They come with a nice nut colour and a subtle coffee perfume. It’s seen as one of the healthier existing tea.
Tasty and totally devoid of theine, it’s suited for everyone and for every time of the day.

Use one tea spoon for a cup, infuse for 4-5 minutes at 70°
