100 gr. of Karakde herbal tea cut.

Also known as “tea of floers”, Karkadè is an herbal tea totally devoid of caffeine, obtained from the red sepals of Hibiscus Sabdariffa, very thirst-quenching, refreshing and slightly diuretic.
The flower is full of organic acids, anticyanosides, flavonoids, polyphenols and mucilages which make it a tonic adjuvant with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, digestive, soothing and vessel protective qualities.
You can consume up to three cups a day, usually at the end of each meal and before going to sleep.

Use two tea spoons for a cup, infuse for 10 minutes in boiling water.
In winter time, with the addition of apple slices, rosehip berries, vanilla, cloves or a bit of cinnamon, it’s a wonderful help against seasonal ailments.
